FAQ

Questions

The short answers. Wired launches a coin on pump.fun, claims its creator fees and wires them out in dollars to whoever the launcher named.

1What is Wired

A coin launched on pump.fun earns creator fees every time somebody trades it. Normally those fees go to whoever created the coin. Wired launches the coin for you instead, claims those fees as they build up, converts them to dollars and sends them by bank wire to whoever you named.

That is the whole of it. There is no token to hold, nothing to stake and nothing to lock up.

2Who gets the money

Whoever the launcher names. It can be a person or a business, and it does not have to be the launcher: most of the point is that it usually is not.

Naming somebody does not sign them up. They have no account here, they were not asked, and they have agreed to nothing. A coin naming a person is a claim by the launcher and this site prints it as one. If somebody has been named and would rather not be, opt out says what to do.

3What does a launch cost

0.5 SOL, paid once, from your own wallet, when you launch. You approve it in Phantom like any other transaction and nothing leaves your wallet until you do.

The fee covers creating the coin and sending the wires afterwards: a bank charges for every wire it sends, and those charges do not depend on how much the coin earns.

4What does the payee have to do

Nothing, until there is money to send. Fees accrue from the moment the coin exists whether or not the payee has done anything at all.

Before money can actually leave, Wired needs the details a bank wire needs: the account holder as their bank has it, the account and routing numbers for a US bank or the IBAN and SWIFT code for one anywhere else, and an address. Any bank, any country.

The launch form takes those two ways. Submit their X handle and the coin launches with nothing else, and Wired works from the handle. Or enter the account yourself, if you have it, and the payee is ready as soon as the details are checked. Either way the coin launches at once and the fees accrue from the moment it exists.

They are encrypted the moment they arrive and are never shown on this site, not to the launcher, not to anyone. Only the bank’s name, the country and the last four digits can be read again, which is enough to match a wire to a statement and not enough to move money.

Submitted by handle
The launcher gave an X handle. Wired works from it.
Details entered
The launcher had the account and entered it at launch.
Account being set up
No account on file yet. Fees accrue against them in the meantime.
Bank details on file
Checked, and wires can go out.
Wires paused
Stopped by this site. Fees keep accruing.

5When does a wire go out

Once the payee’s details are on file and the coin’s fees have been claimed. Those are the two things a wire waits on, and neither of them is a queue: a coin earning well with a payee who is set up moves quickly.

A fee has to be claimed on chain before it can be sent, and a claim costs a transaction fee of its own, so small amounts accrue instead of being claimed one at a time. Every claim and every wire is listed on payouts with the transaction behind it.

6Which bank does the money go through

Whichever one the payee banks with. Any bank works: a wire goes to the account on file, so the receiving bank is theirs to choose and Wired sends to it. Wired is not part of any bank and is not tied to one.

7Do you hold my wallet

No. Wired never asks for a private key, a seed phrase or a recovery phrase, and it could not use one if you sent it. Signing in is a message you sign in Phantom, which proves the wallet is yours and moves nothing.

Anybody asking you for a seed phrase in the name of this site is not this site.

8Do you ask for bank logins

No. A wire needs an account to send to and nothing else: no login, no password, no access to an account and no ability to take anything out of one. Wired never asks for online banking credentials and will never send you anywhere to enter them. It does not ask for a card number, a tax number or a date of birth either, because a wire does not need them.

9Are the figures on this site real

Every one of them. There are no example coins, no demonstration payouts and no placeholder names anywhere on Wired: each figure is summed from what has actually happened, and a list with nothing in it is shown empty rather than filled with something invented.

10Where is the long version

How it works walks a fee from a trade to a bank account, stage by stage. Docs is the detailed version, with what is stored, what is claimed and what each failure state means. Terms and disclosures are what a launcher agrees to.
